Clay is committed to BTN’s mission of helping patients and their caregivers navigate the existing maze of healthcare options during this critical period in their lives. In his legal practice, Clay counsels numerous large and small charitable entities and is very familiar with the practical, legal and tax-related issues that organizations such BTN face each day. Clay also serves on the Board of Directors of Wolfson Children’s Hospital, gaining insight from the perspective of a large healthcare provider, along with a number of other charitable Boards in the Jacksonville, Florida area.
