Roger Dickerson could have assumed his life work would be in corporate leadership after spending nearly 30 years as an executive for an international chemical company. But it was after an early retirement and upon meeting Rick and Susan Sontag that Roger found his true calling—in helping others. As an empathetic listener and storyteller, personal coach, mentor, and chaplain, Roger has found a home as the support group facilitator at BTN. It’s a role Roger sees as a ministry and one that has solidified his commitment to those impacted by brain cancers, and those who love them.
